From For You, open Mood Tools. Let's save one fictional entry for Daniel and verify it in the app's history.

Choose a mood from one to ten. For our everyday example, Daniel is at five, labeled Okay.

Selecting a rating also reveals more specific mood labels. Quick Actions offers other ways to continue, such as meditation, coaching or journaling. We'll keep this example to one saved mood entry.

Scroll down to see influences such as work, relationships and sleep, plus optional sliders and activity choices. Add only the context relevant to your entry.

In the optional note, Daniel says a busy workday left him tired and he's looking forward to a quiet tea break with Emma. Check the note and review the privacy setting before saving.

Save and Add lets you continue with another entry. We choose Save and Exit for this example. The current build keeps this screen open after saving.

Zealel offers an optional Save to Memories prompt. We choose Not Now, so we don't create an extra memory.

Tap the calendar-shaped Activities control at the top right to check the result. Activity History now contains Mood, five out of ten, with our fictional note. The entry has saved.

Use the Moods, Journals or Meditation filters to browse entries. Close the panel, then use the back arrow to return to For You.
