Zealel editorial policy

How we create, review, update and correct public content about relationships, communication, wellness and the Zealel product.

Effective August 20, 2026Published by Primelife Management LLC

Our standard

Zealel content must be useful, accurate about the product, clear about its limits, and written for people rather than search engines. We do not present self-guided app features as licensed therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency help or a guarantee of relationship outcomes.

Who publishes this content

Zealel.com is published by Primelife Management LLC. Product pages and guides may be authored by the Zealel Editorial Team. When a named outside expert contributes or reviews a page, that person's role and relevant credentials should be stated on the page.

Questions about published content can be sent to zealel@zealel.com.

Content scope

We publish information about the Zealel app, couples communication, relationship habits, connection activities, conflict and repair, personal reflection, mood, stress and general wellness. Our public guides are educational and do not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, doctor-patient or other professional relationship.

How content is created

  • Each page begins with a defined reader question or product fact.
  • Product claims are checked against the current app, official store listings and public policies.
  • Health, safety, legal and crisis statements receive additional caution and should link to qualified help where appropriate.
  • Drafting and editing technology may assist the process, but public material is reviewed for product accuracy, clarity and safety before publication.
  • We avoid publishing many thin pages that repeat the same answer without adding value.

Sources and evidence

When a page makes a factual claim that depends on outside evidence, it should cite a direct, reputable source close to the claim. Preference goes to primary research, official public agencies, standards bodies and clearly identified professional organizations. We distinguish research findings from product marketing and avoid implying that a cited method formally endorses Zealel.

Product and comparison claims

Feature counts, prices, availability and platform requirements can change. Product pages should show a modification date when practical, and readers should verify purchase terms in the official Apple App Store or Google Play listing.

Comparison content published by Zealel must disclose that Zealel is the publisher. We do not present our own marketing as an independent third-party ranking. Competitor information should be factual, current, relevant and sourced from public official materials whenever possible.

Relationship and safety boundaries

Zealel is not appropriate for abuse, coercive control, immediate danger or a mental-health emergency. Communication exercises should never be used to pressure someone into remaining in an unsafe situation.

In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support and call 911 for immediate danger. In other countries, use local emergency and crisis resources. General website information is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional who can assess an individual's situation.

Updates and corrections

We review pages when the app changes, store information changes, a public policy changes, or a credible correction is submitted. Substantive revisions should update the page's modification date. If an error could materially affect a reader's decision or safety, we correct it promptly and may add a visible correction note.

To report an error, email zealel@zealel.com with the page URL, the statement in question and supporting information.

Privacy, testimonials and user stories

We do not publish private relationship content without appropriate permission. Testimonials and user stories must be genuine, authorized and not presented in a misleading way. Illustrative examples must be labeled as examples rather than presented as verified customer quotations.

See the Privacy Policy for information about data handling.
