From For You, open Personal Sessions. In this build, it opens a screen labeled Spiritual Reflection. We're using a fictional work-stress example.

Choose an approach before beginning. Modern has no religious framing; the other choices include Spiritual, Open to All, and specific faith traditions. We choose Modern, then Begin Reflection.

The header tracks time and the phases Center, Reflect, Explore and Integrate. The fifteen-minute goal is a time guide. It isn't a score for your answer.

Daniel describes feeling tense after work and worrying that his quietness made Emma feel ignored. He wants to notice that feeling and communicate more clearly. Enter the answer and tap the send arrow.

Zealel asks whether Daniel thought about saying something, and what stopped him. This is the actual response to his first answer.

He answers that he assumed Emma would understand and feared that asking for quiet time would sound like he didn't want to be with her. Then he submits.

Zealel suggests a one-sentence heads-up: name the need, give it a clear time limit, and make room to reconnect. Read the reply before continuing.

You can keep reflecting in the same session. In the next part, we'll work through the remaining answers and capture the app's summary.
