Tap For You in the bottom navigation. This is your personal space. The app says nothing here is shared unless you choose. Search at the top helps you find a feature.
Ask Zealel opens a private conversation. Personal Sessions opens a guided reflection. We'll complete examples of both in the next parts of this tutorial.
Under Wellness, you'll find Men's Wellness, Women's Wellness, Stress Relief and Mood Tools. Use these cards to open the tool that fits what you want to track or explore.
Wellness Calendar has a daily reflection and calendar view. Snap Meal is labeled Premium. The Premium label tells you which tools need that access.
Scroll to Reflect for Personal Reflection, Private Conflict Preparation, Self-Discovery and Personal Goals. These choices help you focus on your own patterns and intentions.
Faith and Meaning is under Faith. At the bottom, Party Mode is labeled One phone: it's local play for people in the same room. We'll show Play separately.
Tap a card to open its tool, and use that screen's back arrow when you're finished. The next parts show actual questions, fictional answers, and Zealel's real responses.
