05-part-4-daily-couple-check-in — Together — Part 4: A Paired Daily Check-In Daily Couple Check-In is available from Together, or as a recommendation on Today. Both partners use their own paired accounts. Let's complete one fictional check-in from each perspective. Daniel chooses Okay. The mood scale runs from Awful to Amazing. The optional prompt asks what he'd like Emma to know today. He says work was busy, he may be quiet at first, and he'd like ten minutes together after dinner. You can add a thought, plan or reminder, and an optional photo or video. In Gratitude, Daniel writes that he's grateful Emma checked in and made time for them. Keep your answer short and specific. Review your entries, then tap Submit Check-In. The app saves Daniel's answer. Long loading waits have been trimmed. Checked in for today confirms the result. Edit or Update Today's Check-In lets you revise it. At this point, Emma hasn't submitted hers yet. Now Emma opens the same check-in in her own account. Each person answers from their own perspective. Emma chooses Good. She writes, I want some time together tonight. For gratitude, she says she appreciates Daniel making time for them. These are fictional demonstration answers. Emma taps Submit Check-In. Zealel confirms Checked In and Check-in saved. Both partners have now completed today's activity. Today Between Us brings the two answers together. Partner's Response shows Daniel's mood, message and gratitude. Below it, quick reactions and a reply field help you respond. Tap Today's Insight to see Zealel's actual suggestion: choose a specific time or activity so tonight feels intentional. Read the suggestion and decide what fits your situation. Use the Today tab for the current check-in and History for earlier entries. Finish with a small action you can both understand, then use the back arrow to return.
