These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zealel, including the Zealel mobile application, website, AI features, partner features, subscriptions, communications, content, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Zealel is operated by Primelife Management LLC (“Zealel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing a subscription, accessing the Services, or continuing to use Zealel, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Zealel.
Zealel is intended only for adults who are 18 years of age or older.
You may not create an account, access, or use Zealel if you are under 18. By using Zealel, you represent and warrant that:
We may request age confirmation during signup or later. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if we believe a user is under 18 or has misrepresented eligibility.
Zealel provides AI-guided relationship support, wellness tools, spiritual guidance features, communication prompts, games, mood and stress tracking, and educational content.
Zealel is not a healthcare provider, therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical provider, emergency service, crisis hotline, legal advisor, financial advisor, clergy member, or substitute for professional care.
Zealel does not provide:
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, outdated, misunderstood, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
If you are in immediate danger, may harm yourself or someone else, are experiencing abuse, threats, violence, exploitation, coercion, or a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not rely on Zealel for emergency help.
Zealel may include features related to relationships, communication, emotional wellness, mood, stress, personal growth, partner check-ins, spiritual or faith-based reflection, and adult relationship intimacy topics.
These features are informational, educational, reflective, and supportive only. They are not professional treatment, religious authority, clergy counseling, medical care, sex therapy, legal advice, or guaranteed guidance.
You are responsible for deciding whether any Zealel feature is appropriate for you, your relationship, your beliefs, your partner, and your circumstances.
You should not use Zealel to pressure, manipulate, monitor, threaten, control, shame, stalk, exploit, or coerce another person.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account, device, email, password, or third-party login credentials.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we believe your account has been compromised, misused, used unlawfully, or used in violation of these Terms.
Zealel allows users to connect with a partner and use certain features together.
By connecting with a partner, you understand and agree that some content may be shared with or visible to your connected partner by design. This may include, depending on the feature:
Do not share anything through partner features unless you understand that your partner may see it.
Disconnecting from a partner does not automatically delete all content previously shared with that partner. Some shared content may remain visible, stored, retained, or associated with one or both accounts depending on the feature, legal obligations, safety needs, dispute-resolution needs, technical backups, or product design.
You are responsible for your own relationship decisions. Zealel is not responsible for disputes, misunderstandings, emotional harm, conflict, breakup, divorce, separation, or other consequences arising from partner use, shared content, AI responses, or relationship features.
Zealel uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, prompts, summaries, suggestions, exercises, spiritual reflections, relationship guidance, and other content.
By using AI features, you understand and agree that:
We may limit, modify, monitor, restrict, or disable AI features at any time for safety, legal, technical, abuse-prevention, or product reasons.
“User Content” means content you submit, upload, create, send, store, share, or generate through Zealel, including messages, prompts, profile information, mood logs, stress logs, journal entries, partner content, game answers, memories, images, audio, video, reports, feedback, and support requests.
You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.
By submitting User Content, you grant Zealel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, analyze, moderate, adapt, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of sharing it.
You agree not to use Zealel to:
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve evidence, report to authorities, or take other action if we believe these Terms have been violated.
Zealel does not routinely review private partner conversations. However, we may review limited relevant content, metadata, reports, account information, and nearby context when necessary to:
We may take action including warning, blocking, restricting, suspending, terminating, preserving records, reporting to authorities, or declining to act if a report is not substantiated.
We do not guarantee that we will detect, prevent, or remove every violation.
Zealel has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, exploitation, sexualization of minors, or attempts to create, request, share, store, transmit, or discuss sexual content involving anyone under 18.
If we obtain knowledge of apparent child exploitation or child sexual abuse material through the Services, we may preserve relevant information, terminate accounts, and report to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children where applicable.
We may also preserve or disclose information when necessary for emergency safety, legal compliance, law enforcement, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or protection of users.
Zealel may offer free and paid features. Paid features may be offered through subscriptions, free trials, promotional offers, or in-app purchases.
When you purchase through Apple App Store or Google Play:
We may change, add, remove, limit, or discontinue free or paid features at any time, subject to applicable law and app store rules.
Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal may result in charges. Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel your subscription.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are controlled by the applicable platform’s refund policies.
Zealel may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by Apple or Google. You must request refunds through the platform where you purchased the subscription unless we provide another method required by law.
We do not guarantee refunds for unused time, partial months, dissatisfaction, relationship outcomes, AI output quality, or failure to use the Services, except where required by law or platform rules.
Zealel, including its app, name, design, features, user interface, software, code, graphics, icons, text, databases, prompts, workflows, AI systems, logos, trademarks, trade dress, and other proprietary materials, is owned by Primelife Management LLC or its licensors.
Except for your User Content, you may not:
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use Zealel for your personal, lawful use, subject to these Terms.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, comments, designs, improvements, or other feedback, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction, compensation, or obligation to you.
We may use feedback to improve Zealel, create new features, fix issues, market the Services, or develop related products.
Zealel may rely on third-party services, including app stores, authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, AI providers, payment platforms, crash reporting tools, email services, push notification providers, and advertising or attribution services.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, decisions, data practices, billing actions, refunds, content, or services that we do not control.
Your use of Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Supabase, Firebase, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other third-party services may be subject to their own rules.
If you downloaded Zealel from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be governed by the applicable app store terms.
The app stores are not responsible for providing support, maintenance, warranties, claims, refunds, or liability related to Zealel except as required by their own terms or applicable law.
In the event of conflict between these Terms and mandatory app store terms, the mandatory app store terms control only to the extent of the conflict.
Your use of Zealel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using Zealel, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
We may modify, update, interrupt, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Zealel at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that:
We are not liable for downtime, errors, data loss, feature changes, third-party failures, app store outages, AI provider outages, or service interruptions except where prohibited by law.
You may stop using Zealel at any time. You may request account deletion through available app tools or by contacting support.
We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your account or access to any feature at any time if we believe:
Upon termination, your right to use Zealel ends immediately. We may delete or retain data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, safety needs, dispute-resolution needs, fraud-prevention needs, billing obligations, evidence-preservation needs, and technical backup practices.
Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, arbitration, class action waiver, governing law, and user content obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zealel is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of:
We do not warrant that Zealel, AI responses, partner features, games, prompts, insights, notifications, or content will be safe, appropriate, accurate, complete, effective, or suitable for you.
You use Zealel at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zealel, Primelife Management LLC, and our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims related to Zealel will not exceed the greater of:
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zealel, Primelife Management LLC, and our owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@zealel.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms or Zealel will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or where you have a non-waivable right to bring a claim in court.
The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. You and Zealel waive the right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding.
You may bring claims only on your own behalf.
This arbitration provision does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, safety, or platform integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Zealel agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding.
If this class action waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must be severed and handled in court, while remaining claims may proceed in arbitration where permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Subject to the arbitration section, any court proceeding must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires another venue.
Zealel is operated from the United States. If you access Zealel from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with local laws.
We do not represent that Zealel is appropriate, available, or lawful in every country, region, or jurisdiction.
We may restrict access to Zealel in certain locations at our discretion or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date, post the revised Terms in the app or on our website, or provide additional notice where required.
Your continued use of Zealel after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Zealel and cancel any subscription through the applicable app store.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Zealel.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written permission.
We may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms, the Services, or our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, corporate transaction, or by operation of law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features, subscriptions, promotions, or platforms, form the entire agreement between you and Zealel regarding the Services.
They replace any prior agreements, communications, or understandings about the Services.
