Product Research and Privacy Consent

1. Information collected

Application details, relationship stage and goals, device information, baseline and final ratings, weekly survey responses, product feedback, support messages, and any media or testimonial voluntarily submitted.

2. How information is used

• Review and manage applications.
• Operate the 30-day program and provide support.
• Analyze product usability, feature value, retention, and directional before-and-after changes.
• Create aggregated, de-identified research summaries and investor diligence materials.
• Use voluntarily submitted content according to the content license and publication preference.

3. Sensitive information

Do not submit details that identify abuse victims, children, medical diagnoses, financial account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information. Product surveys are not a place for emergency disclosures.

4. Sharing

Information may be handled by Zealel and service providers used for email, hosting, analytics, storage, or program operations. Zealel does not sell Research Partner application information.

5. Retention and deletion

Information is retained as reasonably necessary for program operations, analysis, product improvement, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. You may request deletion by emailing zealel@zealel.com, subject to legal requirements and completed aggregated or de-identified summaries.
