Research Partner Participation Agreement

1. Program purpose

The Zealel Research Partners Program collects structured product feedback from adult couples who voluntarily use Zealel for approximately 30 days.

2. Eligibility and joint participation

• Both partners must be at least 18 years old.
• Both partners should know about the application and agree to participate.
• Zealel may accept or decline applications at its discretion.

3. Participant activities

Participants are asked to use the app, follow the weekly activity calendar, complete baseline and final assessments, complete short weekly surveys, and report product or technical issues honestly.

4. Voluntary participation and withdrawal

Participation is voluntary. Either partner may stop participating at any time by emailing zealel@zealel.com. Access to program benefits may end when participation ends.

5. Premium access and incentives

Selected couples receive the Premium access described in their approval email. A gift card, certificate, or other incentive is provided only when specifically stated in writing and may require completion of stated program requirements.

6. Not therapy or emergency support

Zealel is not couples therapy, medical care, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency support. The program is not appropriate for situations involving abuse, immediate danger, or a mental-health emergency.

7. Honest participation

Participants agree to provide truthful information, avoid impersonation or fraudulent submissions, and avoid uploading illegal, harmful, or third-party confidential material.

8. Program changes and removal

Zealel may modify the schedule, pause the program, or remove participants for safety, fraud, abuse, failure to participate, or operational reasons.
