Voluntary Content License and Publication Preference

1. Covered material

Optional testimonials, stories, interviews, photographs, videos, screenshots, audio, and written comments voluntarily submitted for the Research Partners Program.

2. Your ownership

You retain ownership of your submitted material. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that both identifiable partners consent when both appear or are described.

3. License to Zealel

You grant Primelife Management LLC and Zealel a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, edit for length or clarity without materially changing meaning, display, distribute, and use the submitted material for product research, product improvement, internal presentations, investor diligence, and—only when allowed by your publication preference—public marketing and promotional materials.

4. Publication preference

• Full Names: Public use may identify both partners by full name.
• First Names Only: Public use may identify partners by first name only.
• Anonymous: Public use may omit names and identifying details.
• Internal Use Only: Material may be used for internal research, product improvement, and confidential investor diligence, but not public marketing.

5. Withdrawal of future public use

You may request that Zealel stop new public uses by emailing zealel@zealel.com. Zealel will make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee removal from materials already printed, published, distributed, archived, or incorporated into completed productions.

6. No guaranteed compensation

No royalty or payment is owed unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
