Zealel does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, clinical counseling, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, emergency assistance, legal advice, financial advice, or guaranteed relationship outcomes.

Mood, stress, relationship, spiritual, faith-related, intimacy-related, and wellness features are provided for informational, educational, reflective, and self-support purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage any disease, medical condition, mental health condition, relationship issue, emergency situation, or crisis.

Disconnecting does not automatically erase content already shared, viewed, copied, saved, reported, preserved, backed up, or retained for legal, safety, security, billing, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, policy-enforcement, or evidence-preservation reasons.

Some shared content may remain associated with one or both accounts depending on the feature, technical design, retention rules, safety needs, legal obligations, or support requirements.

After account deletion, backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten or deleted through normal backup cycles. During this period, backup data is generally not available for ordinary use unless restoration is necessary for security, legal, disaster-recovery, or compliance reasons.

27. App Stores and Third-Party Platforms

Zealel may be downloaded through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app distribution platforms. Those platforms may collect and process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Zealel is not responsible for the privacy practices of Apple, Google, payment processors, ad networks, analytics providers, AI providers, authentication providers, cloud providers, or third-party services that we do not own or control.
