Data Deletion Request

Zealel (operated by Primelife Management LLC) respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your Zealel account and all associated personal data.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

You can permanently delete your account and all your data directly inside the app:

Open the Zealel app on your device.
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be undone. If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it separately through Apple or Google — deleting your Zealel account does not cancel store billing.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address associated with your account and we will delete your data within 30 days:

Please include the email address tied to your account so we can verify your identity before deleting.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your profile information (name, email, date of birth)
All session and chat content, mood and wellness data
Photos, videos, and voice notes in Shared Memories
Your partner connection and pairing data
Subscription and usage records tied to your account

A minimal deletion audit record is retained for up to 30 days solely to confirm the deletion was completed, after which it is also removed. Your paired partner is notified that the shared connection has ended.

Facebook / Meta data

Zealel does not use Facebook Login to create or access accounts, and does not store data obtained through Facebook. If you interacted with a Zealel ad or Meta Pixel on our website, you can manage that data through your Facebook account settings. To remove any data held by Zealel, follow either option above.
